    1. We are Executive Showcase and we are happy you are interested in becoming a Consultant with us! Below you should find everything you need to get up and running.
    2. Imagine sharing your brand, name, and services with a targeted audience of professionals who are seeking to drive change in their companies.
    3. Becoming a Consultant is easy and if you have reached this point then you have already accepted our Executive Showcase Terms. These additional terms for Consultants (‘Consultant Terms’) are an extra part of the Executive Showcase Terms that apply specifically to Consultants on Executive Showcase. You will need to agree to them before you can become a Consultant. These govern the relationships, rights and obligations of Consultants to us and Buyers using Executive Showcase. You agree to put your advertisement on Executive Showcase and engage with Buyers on the basis stated in the Executive Showcase Terms and these Consultant Terms.

      As a Consultant on Executive Showcase you have responsibilities to us and potential Buyers of your services. Please take the time to review these Consultant Terms carefully.

    4. When we say ‘you’ in these Consultant Terms we are referring to you, the Consultant. All other words defined or explained in the Executive Showcase Terms have the same meaning here. If there is any inconsistency between the Consultant Terms and what is in the Executive Showcase Terms, then the Consultant Terms prevail.
    5. Below are the Consultant responsibilities and the process of advertising your services on Executive Showcase.

    l. The Basics

    As a Consultant these are the core functions in which you may engage:

    1. Author – You must be an Executive Showcase Author with a minimum of four products for sale to apply to be a Consultant and to remain in good standing as a Consultant.
    2. Advertiser – Space position, size and fees will be at the sole discretion of Executive Showcase. Considerations may include but are not limited to total sales and Author ratings with Executive Showcase.
    3. Mentor – On occasion an Author may request to partner with a Consultant to bring a product up to an acceptable standard for submission to Executive Showcase. The Consultant would receive half of the Author’s earnings for that product up to a total of $500 for the Consultant.

    li. The Process

    Step 1: Become a Consultant with Executive Showcase including agreeing to the Author Terms and building a portfolio of at least four products that are approved and posted for sale on the Executive Showcase site.

    Step 2: After Step 1 is completed, fill out and submit a Consultant Application Form including the following:

    1. Name (Individual or Company)
    2. Executive Showcase Author Name
    3. Areas of Expertise
    4. Contact Information (including a Website Link if applicable)
    5. Logo / Photo
    6. Certifications
    7. Experience Overview
    8. Mentoring Availability

    Step 3: An Executive Showcase Reviewer will provide you with an advertising “proof” and a customized fee structure agreement if applicable. Executive Showcase may cancel or change the agreement or advertisement at any time. Consideration regarding website placement may include factors such as your total sales and Author rating with Executive Showcase.

    Step 4: Execute your Individual Consultant Agreement (ICA) and start generating customer leads.

    lii. Consultant Rules

    A Consultant must always abide by the Consultant Terms and the following rules:

    1. The Items you have for sale on Executive Showcase as an Author cannot be Sold directly from you to a party who may contact you as a result of your Consultant advertising on Executive Showcase.
    2. You agree that Executive Showcase is in no way liable for any arrangement or interactions you have with anyone who contacts you as a result of your advertising on Executive Showcase.
    3. You attest to the fact that you are Authorized to use all Items in your advertisement including but not limited to logos and names.
    4. Do not engage in conduct that is unprofessional or that is intended to defraud Executive Showcase or those who may contact you as a result of your Consultant advertising on Executive Showcase.
    5. Consultant privileges may be revoked by Executive Showcase at any time for any reason.  In the event that Consultant privileges are revoked, any fees for future months will be reimbursed to the Consultant.

    liii. Consultant Services Provided

    Executive Showcase offers Consultants:

    1. access to a targeted market of professionals who may be seeking Consultant services and the marketing and SEO that powers that market;
    2. the opportunity to create awareness of your brand and services through product sales, understanding that all Consultants are required to be Authors, and potential mentors;
    3. a platform to be part of a professional community.
